Refund and Exchange Policy
Refund protection is offered by our ticketing agent during ticket purchase. Opting in or out of Refund protection is left to the discretion of the individual. Aside from that, refunds are unavailable and all sales are final.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office via email at info@orpheumtwinfalls.com
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (The Orpheum Theatre).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
